(3 credits) 3 hours lecture Students will investigate one particular scientific or technological innovation from multiple disciplinary perspectives. Students will explore this innovation to understand the mathematics and science that underlie it, or have been influenced by it, and will discuss the role of numeracy and technology in shaping our future.
